From class rooms to Corporate, and from books to ground – Kalypso Outbound Experiential Learning module for MBA students is designed to simulate managerial and leadership experiences to bridge the knowledge gap from theory to practice and to shift the thinking from individual performance to team work.

Kalypso Outbound Experiential Learning module for MBA students based out of the Kalypso Camps at Suryanelli near Munnar focuses on bridging this gap from theory to practice and from ‘I’ to ‘We’.

Outdoor living, camping, rough terrain trek, water-borne activities and problem solving games are some of the main instruments used by Kalypso for this module.

On the backdrop of the amazing Western Ghats, in a serene environment, surrounded with lush green tea gardens and cardamom plantations, in a refreshingly cool climate, Kalypso offers three types of Camps to align to varied requirements.

Kalypso Base Camp is a camp dedicated for conduct of Outbound Experiential Learning. It has 16 cottage tents with the capacity to accommodate 48 participants on a triple-sharing basis. Bathrooms, separate for ladies and gents, have provision for hot water, and toilets are western-style.

Kalypso Tusker Trail Camp. For adventurous groups looking for a relatively rougher environment, Kalypso offers the Tusker Trail Camp. This camp is located on the slopes of a hill overlooking the scenic Anaerangal Lake. The camp has small dome tents and can accommodate 60 participants on a twin-sharing basis. Bathrooms, separate for ladies and gents, have provision for hot water, and toilets are western style.

Anaerangal Camp. This is a permanent camp which has eight cottage tents, each with attached bathrooms. The camp overlooks the Anaerangal Lake and is located close to Kalypso Base Camp. The camp is ideal for groups looking for relatively more comfort. The camp can accommodate 24 participants on a triple-sharing basis.
