The most popular Kalypso module is the Camp-based Outbound programme of two days duration, which is based out of the Kalypso Base Camp at Suryanelli near Munnar. A modified version of this two-day module, and Team Building modules spanning over just a day, can be based out of resorts across the country.

For those in Leadership roles, Kalypso offers a thought-provoking indoor module on ‘Collaborative Leadership’ which can be conducted at suitable conference rooms at locations across the country.

Camp-based Outbound Learning Modules

Kalypso Camp-based Outbound Experiential Learning programmes enable Corporate Organisations to develop the capability, mechanism, and culture to leverage the knowledge of their employees to achieve extraordinary results through teamwork and collaboration. Participants live in tents, trek up hills, design and build rafts to cross rivers, and participate in a wide array of problem-solving outdoor team games in an effort to understand the enormous power of Teams and the need to achieve optimum collaboration across the organisation. Facilitators help participants discover knowledge through meaningful deliberations.

The Kalypso Base Camp at Suryanelli near Munnar in Kerala is a pristine and silent location ideally suited for thought-provoking discussions and high-impact learning. The camp can accommodate 48 participants easily, and the capacity can be increased through various means if necessary, for larger groups.

Resort-based Team Building Modules

This module involves problem-solving outdoor team games followed by facilitated deliberations focusing on team synergy and collaboration. The module is ideal for teams during annual conferences, strategic meetings, and off-sites. It is based out of the resorts where the group is accommodated, and activities depend on facilities at the location, the profile of participants, available time, and specific objectives.
